Jaime Coles-Duff
DNP, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
Jaime Coles-Duff is a primary care provider with over a decade of experience delivering exceptional care to geriatric and vulnerable patients. Her unwavering commitment to serving those in need is evident in her extensive clinical expertise and compassionate approach. Jaime has also played a pivotal role in leading dementia support groups, offering invaluable guidance and support to individuals and families affected by dementia. Her dedication to education and excellence in nursing was recognized in 2022 when she received the prestigious DAISY Award as an educator.
Jaime graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2000. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Gonzaga University in 2012 and ultimately earning her Doctorate in Nursing from Gonzaga in 2018. In 2021, she was ordained as a minister through St. James College. Jaime is also a certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Currently, Jaime also serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Providence, where she teaches in the Masters of Science in Nursing program, sharing her knowledge and passion with future generations of nurses.
Outside of her professional life, Jaime enjoys spending quality time with her family, crocheting, and gardening.

Katrina Keller
MN, ARNP, FNP-C, CGCP
Katrina Keller is a distinguished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and geriatric care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Pacific Lutheran University in 2001 and her Masters in Nursing from Washington State University in 2010. Additionally, she completed the Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) program through Metropolitan University in 2008 and is a certified health coach through the National Society of Health Coaches.
Katrina is a certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a Certified Geriatric Care Professional (CGCP). Her dedication to excellence in nursing has earned her significant recognition, including being named an Optum APEX Lead Advanced Practice Nurse in 2018 and a Sage Award Nominee in 2017.
In her role as a clinical educator at the University of Providence, Katrina demonstrates a strong commitment to education and professional development. She has also contributed to the nursing community as a former board member of the Nurse Practitioner Group of Spokane.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Katrina enjoys camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Her balanced dedication to both her career and personal life makes her a compassionate and well-rounded provider, deeply committed to enhancing the lives of her patients and community.
